What you can exchange

A saree can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags.

What we cannot exchange

• Sarees that have been worn, washed or have a stain or smell.
• Sarees without their tags.
• Blouse pieces that have been cut or stitched, or any saree that has been altered.

How to exchange

1. Message us within 7 days of delivery through Contact us, with your order number and which saree you would like to exchange.
2. We reply to confirm it can be exchanged and what happens next.
3. You send the saree back, unworn and with its tags.
4. Once we have checked it, we send you the saree you chose instead.

Handwoven sarees vary

Every saree is made by hand, so small differences in the weave, in a border or in a colour shade are part of the cloth, and not a fault. We cannot exchange a saree only because of them.
