Using this website

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them, and the privacy policy, before you order.

Prices and orders

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• An order is complete when you have paid and we have confirmed it to you. We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, if a saree turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown wrongly.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Read Shipping for the details.

Payment

You do not pay on this website. After you send your order, we confirm by WhatsApp that the saree is available and share how to pay, by UPI or bank transfer. We dispatch your order once payment is received, and we never ask for your card details.

Handwoven sarees

Every saree is made by hand. Small differences in the weave, border or colour shade are part of the cloth. Colours on your screen can also look different from the saree in your hands.

Exchange

Exchanges follow our returns and exchange page.

Our content

The photographs, writing and designs on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault. Our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

If we change these terms, we change the date at the top of this page. The terms that applied when you ordered stay with that order.
